happened to my friend on weds and he has his today so i dunno what happened to you came from Seattle to Boston so :-P

yeah im his friend and i think nintendo has excellent customer service
waited for several hours at walmart to get it only to find out it was broken
the disc drive wouldnt suck in the discs

only took 2 days to have it sent to me so i didnt have to wait too much longer to play zelda and rayman
