If it were me, i'd do something alone the lines of

Holy crap, that's nice! However, I have minimal skills with image editing, and I'm not very artistic, so I think that I did pretty good for my skill level and only using GIMP (for removing background colors on the logo), Microsoft Expression Design 3 (for aligning text and making shapes like the rounded rectangle), and MS Paint (for pretty much everything else).

It wasn't with Photoshop CS4/CS5, just the budget Photoshop elements that you get with cameras for editing photos. Doesn't require skill, just time. It's still not that great really, i'm sure someone else could do better. The cart and logo i'd done previously.

I should add, the cart is by ChaosGuardian. I have various photos my own cart, and I can't get it look great with a photo.

The problem with most of them that you're showing, though, is that they're not inlay-friendly. I mean, you couldn't print them off as-is and stick them in a DS case. Don't get me wrong, a lot of them are good, but not many of them are to scale.

EZ-Flash I would consider. But the R4 I would just make a tombstone for, as it's a dead piece of technology IMO.
