That's not a zen player. It's a cheap chinese clone and no it doesn't matter where you use it.

depends it doesn't sound like a zen player , you bought it you decide, 135 for a chinese mp4 is ridiculous though, 50 would be resonable so As long as it doesn't break easily then you got a good deal
