Hacking I can't enter to Dev Mode (no error code)

Hello,
I activated Dev mode five months ago and everything worked correctly, today I turned on the console again and when I try to enter Dev mode I get an unknown error. Is it because I need to update the console?

Has anyone tried to skip the updates by redirecting the windows servers with a custom DNS or something like that?

I get that error 90% of the time when I am offline, being online before loading dev mode seems to solve this issue for me.
