Hardware I bought a second hand wii

I bought it and it has a lot of modifications, it has a board for hdd sata in dvd drive place, a port for wifi antenna (I am not sure about it) and the when you turn on the wii only shows \./ only that and it doesnt do anything else (last picture) it is a useless wii or it can be repaired?

All dev kits picture I found the wii is green in front, this is white, do you think the wii menu install disc could work for this?
