I am so confused

So I have a switch running emunand (atmosphere) and I was wondering how people use tinfoil isn’t going online a big no for hacked switches or am I missing smth can someone plz tell me how to do that also I want to move from atmospehere to kodmos I get that kosmos includes atmosphere but I would love the extra features of kosmos. (Thx for the help<3)

Here online means NSO. You can connect to the internet without any issue, but not to nintendo servers. You have to setup dns mitm to block all nintendo servers or you'll get banned.

I think you means kosmos? It's just an all in one package, not a separate cfw. Also isn't kosmos stopped being maintained? Anyway use deepsea or sdsetup if you want something similar, or setup everything manually.

Atmosphere has a safe built in prod info blanking which will stop you from connecting to nso but you will be able to use wifi for other stuff like ftp etc. Check exospere.ini inside config_templates folder, its pretty much self-explanatory from there.

They run Atmosphere via emuMMC.
