The guy who made (but not released) the Wii U IOSU exploit. Unsurprisingly, people really want that exploit (mostly for Loadiine or similar piracy tools) but due to that, the people who have access to such exploits (eg Hykem, MN1, etc) don't want to release it. Same goes for a similar group of hackers for the 3DS system, named SALT. They have released specific tools (eg parental controls crack) but won't release most other useful exploits or CFWs they have.

To be fair I think that the hykem-raid talk blew up over itself, with the only source being that single article (and one other dude?). I'd ride the wave too and disappear.

I'm guessing that some snafu was hit, and it's being worked through.
