Hwfly lite fw won't flash

Hi guys I'm trying to update my hwfly in my switch lite. I'm getting this issue:

Spacecraft-NX DFU found!
Flashing bootloader updater.

It just stops after I run flash.bat right there. Does this mean I have to unplug the data cables from the chip before trying to flash it? That's pretty much the only thing I haven't tried that I can think of.

I found another thread that states how to flash an oled chip using an ST programmer. I'm going to try that because the same guy who has the photos of the oled chip has photos where to solder onto the core chip.
