Hacking HowTo remove Preloader on 4.0

Can someone help me please? My Questions:

1: Is a Preloader-Uninstaller available for the Version 0.29 on PAL 4.0?
2: The Wiibrew Wiki says:

The simplest and safest way to remove preloader is to reinstall the System Menu using AnyRegion Changer or a WAD installer.

For reinstall the SystemMenu via WadInstaller, I need the SystemMenu 4.0 Wad. Can someone say me the name of the wad (no DL-Link!)? When there´s no SystemMenu Wad for 4.0 available, how I must use the AnyRegion Changer on a Wii, that was updated by Waninakos Firmware Updater?

Just use Waninkoko's 4.0 updater, it will reinstall the system menu.

Would you have to reinstall cioscorp after doing this?

I'm thinking about trying it so that I can try startpatch instead, since preloader's region-free hacks aren't great yet.

Systemmenu EUR is 418
so i guess:

Ich habe heute meine Wii auf 4.0(E) geupdatet und auch meinen Nand gedumpt.
Ich hab auch eine Systemmenu Wad erstellt, habe sie aber noch nicht getestet.
Alles scheint aber richtig und ich bin mir sicher, dass sie zu 99% geht!
Willst du es also mal testen?
Habe alles doppelt und dreifach geprüft.
