I'm just curious. Hopefully before we connect to a Brawl room for online play, we will get to choose whether or not we want a room with items or not.

For those who don't really know about advance techniques and are hardcore Smash Bros. fans that would like to achieve a faster-paced game, you can learn about it in www.smashboards.com Some examples of it is "Short Hop, L-Cancel, Tech, Wall Tech, Fast Fall, Dash Dance"

I'll be playing with items sometimes just for the heck of it. If I were to play competitively I would choose to turn off items.

If you're not playing this for fun with items then you're doing it wrong.

True competitors only play on Final Destination with no items and they all have to use Mario to make it 100% PERFECTLY EVEN. Also they must use the same controller style and have matching haircuts for equal wind resistance.

We have a true genius right here. Thinking things through.

I'll play with a controller? How else are you supposed to actually play the game.
Now game settings is a different story. No items, as to not be cheap and get the hammer or something.

I'll be playing all variations Online. I dont know if I'll play Online until I unlock all the Characters though.(something I always do) but I havent had this much anticipation since Smash Bros on the N64.

And muted.

If someone likes the music more it could give them an unfair advantage.

Why did I not think of that?!

It's so obvious... I constantly do better when I'm jamming to my preferred stage songs.
