Hacking how to wipe everything from internal storage without removing CFW?

I have been banned but I would like to reset my Switch. However I'm worried about no longer been able to access the digital games I bought from Eshop. All of them are on the SD card though and not the internal storage. So I wonder if they will be affected, i.e. if I can still access and play them after the reset.

Also, since I've been banned, I don't think I will be able to link my nintendo account to the user anymore. If that's the case, will I still be able to use the saves I've backed up since they might not be shown to be from the same user anymore.

Games bought with a Nintendo Account can always be played as long as the console is the Primary account holder. I am not sure what your second question is asking though.

well I mean I can't link my account or access the eshop, so how could I play the games if I can't even download them right?

CFW comes from the atmosphere files from your sd card not the internal storage so your not really removing it.
Since the console is banned you'll either buy physical games or use HBG for eshop games/dlc/updates. Cleaning the internal storage wont reverse the ban if thats the motive here.

Your account is already linked and the games are already downloaded so there is no need to access the eShop.
