Hacking How to use RTS guide?

I can use RTS saves, but idk how to use RTS guide.
I tried using a txt with the same name as the .nds file, with my text inside, it seems to work, but I can't explore it.

How can I navigate in the txt?

Have you tried wordpad, or some other program that reads text?
