The DStwo works on all DS and DSi revisions.

Thats true, however why waste your money on a DS2? GBA\SNES emulation exists well enough on a DS Lite with 3-in-1 expansion pack, Free Cheat is not worth hacking on, the computer is enough for that, I doubt elix needs gimmicks like RTS\RTG, therefore, what reasons does he have to purchase one?

Hm, so when you say you can combine RTS with the Free Cheat mode, do you mean that your "Free Cheat" search is entirely preserved after loading a realtime save? Meaning I could say...make a save where I have 3 lives, lose one (search for lowered value), lose another (search for lowered value), reload the save, then search for an increased value? That's kind of interesting, could be useful in some cases.

YES! it can be done in that manner

it is useful in some cases for sure

if we use this free cheat, did the OS create a database for it?

also they said that SCDS2 can use USRCheat.dat too, where do we suppose to put it?

yes... SCDS2 supports usrcheat.dat
drag it into _dstwo

---

i am not sure where they store it...
but i suspect it could be stored on a .dtc file (while opening the file, i see info for the ingame menu)

a .dtc file is created when you boot the game
it should be located at where you store the roms and .sav

EDIT: yeah, it is stored inside the .dtc file! you can open it with a notepad

I was trying this with Phantasy Star 0 in regards to % on weapon using photon fortification...it took quite a bit of time and i managed to lock one variable for a crappy weapon i found so i could constantly photon enhance it to the 65% limit in all 4 attributes.

Now, i don't know how to change the value for the old weapon i have already photon enhanced since i cant use the fuzzy search anymore since their value is fixed....

Any tips? Would i be better off with an Hex editor?

And lol I wish i found this tutorial earlier, took me a long time to figure all this on my own :P

BTW, any way to combine specific and fuzzy search so you can pinpoint stuff faster in some cases?
