How to use AMS mods with Ryujinx ?

I have a lot of mods and custom musics for Smash Ultimate
Everything is working great on my switch with AMS
But when I copy my SD content to Ryujinx emulator folder, mods aren't working.

How can I enable mods with ryujinx?
