Hacking how to upgrade rxtools?

Hi guys,
Can I ask you a little favour?
Can you help me to upgrade rxTools from 2.6 to 3.0 on O3DSxl? (sysnand 4.x and emunand 9.9)
I really don't understand what to do, if I follow the instruction pdf in the package rxtool don't work, If I just replace the folder is the same... =(
