Hacking How to shrink games after using discu.exe?

For example, I extracted my own donkey kong. Get around 26gb then I used disc.exe to put it in readable loadiine format. Problem is I want to make it smaller as I've seen people with only 12gb file. How do I shrink the game after the discU step?
