Hacking how to setup multiple partitions on SDHC?

Im a bit confused with the USB LOADER 1.4

So I can copy games to my SDHC, but the entire partition has to be formatted to WBFS?

That means I can't have my apps, emulators, and virtual console games on the same partition?

can I create 2 partitions on my 16 GB SDHC? if so how? and will the loader see the WBFS partition and leave the other partition alone?

If you have a mac, it's pretty easy; just goto "disk utility", click on your SD card, and then click partition. You can select how many partitions you want & the size of each. Make sure they are all FAT32

i did this on windows xp with this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=267475

but you will need a pda or something to do this, and it is quite a hassle
