Hacking How to run HowardC's U8Tool in Linux

I'm trying to run U8Tool.exe but it won't work, when I try to run the GUI I get: "System Error &H8007007E" so I ran the .exe in the terminal and I get: "WARNING: gnome-keyring:: couldn't connect to: /tmp/keyring-o3z21C/pkcs11: No such file or directory".

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
