ROM Hack How to replace textures?

I just got to know its possible to dump textures with the new Tool HANS.
But what do I need for it?
I am currently dumping my cartridge on PC with Braindump.
If I follow braindump's short guide ( https://gbatemp.net/threads/braindump-prerelease-dump-game-contents-on-any-system-version.400920/ ) will I be able to edit and replace textures of a game?

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. Sorry for late reply, I just game back home.

Ok whenever I try to extract the Romfs.bin Ctrtool stops always at the same file and crashes :/

I guess I will wait until things get a bit more "polished". I even accidently deleted my RomFS from my computer and it takes so long to dump it again XD I just wanted to play around with it anyway like changing colour of some monsters to make them look stupid. (yeah I have nothing else left to do in this game after 800h)

Use Pack Hack's "romfs Extractor" and "romfs Builder", not Ctrtool.
To extract and reimport textures, use the old Ohana3DS, which has .png importing.
