To maximise your use of the internal memory and the SD card, you could fill the internal memory with your legitimately purchased games with online functions. Then clone that to your emuNAND on the SD card. Delete all the games from that emuNAND and fill the main SD card and the emuNAND (which also lives on your SD card - the total capacity is divided between two 'partitions') with games you only intend to play offline (with modding, overclocking &c. support). Once you have installed games, it doesn't really matter which partition of the SD card they're on - they will play the same.
