Hacking how to make skin guides??

hi alright i'm kinda noob to the forums so i haven't seen much topics but anyways i was wondering if anyone has or knows of a guide to make skins for the R4. i dled the template skins from this topic http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=41875
but got confused when trying to use it so does anyone have a guide on how to do it. i have photoshop CS if u have to use that program btw

There's not much to it. If you've already grabbed the templates, use them as a guide for creating the skin image. If you're still confused, best thing to do is copy the template by itself as a skin to your R4 and look at it to give you an idea of what the different sections are for.
