2. Copy that CIA to your SD.
3. Turn on your 3DS
4. Open FBI
5. Select SD
   
6. Select the CIA
7. Install
8. Go to FBi->Titles and select it.

Transfer speeds aren't dependent on internet speed, but rather the router itself. You don't even need internet to transfer files over your own network.

Not really, it's also dependent on the network speed of the 3DS which is fairly slow (1mb/s or 1,5mb/s) and also the speed of the SD card. Maximum I got was 900kb/s internet side and 1,2mb/s when installing with FBI with a Sandisk SD 32Gb. And I have a 300Mbits internet.

Hey all, Im not sure if anybody else figured this out yet or not, but i installed the stock micro sd manager on my o3ds and booted it with fbi, everything works excellently and it boots back to fbi when i close the app.

When I mean slow, I didn't mean just because the wireless speed of the 3ds. My internet is slow, so it goes 50KB per second.

I installed a EU cia and it crashes when i load it, any help?
