ROM Hack How to edit DARC archive?

Hi, guys.I found some darc archive in ROMs.Using 3DSExplorer or EveryFileExplorer ,I can export files in the archive. Is there a tool can packup darc,or replace files in the archive?

Have you find out how to packup darc file yet? I am currently trying to translate dragon quest 7 into chinese. Most of the .bcfnt font files are located inside darc archives. If there isn't a tool around, i think i will try to write a tool which will pack a folder and it's content into darc file.

Like I said was about to develop my own for my current project, BUT if you really are done and in the debugging stages, I will wait.
