How to edit cheats (HEX)

I'm using a cheat for IE3 Ogre that zooms out the camera in the overworld and in matches (made by Inazuma Life on yt), I'd like to know if there's a way to apply it only on matches and/ or make a cheat that overrides this one in the overworld

This is the code:

the second line (690 only) sets the zoom strenght I just don't know how to add a line so it doesn't override the default cam
