ROM Hack Question How to edit an XCI game title?

Does anyone know how to edit a gametitle? If I edit the gametitle in switch backup manager and press save. it only saves for the program itself. Not the actual file it seems.
Also, anyone know how to quick batch rename gametitle's for a larger amount of XCI to have the same gametitle as the filename?

Its way too much work to do practically.
