Homebrew Question how to convert image to .bin

for simple switch gfx homebrew I wanna tinker with. any help?

it's not for that though,I'm making a homebrew. And that's what I want it for.

The process should be the same tho, converting from a standardised image file format to just the raw data suitable to display on screen from homebrew.
