I'm the developer of VITAident, what exactly is wrong about the console model? It works just fine from what I've tested.
For PCH-1004 it shows PCH-1000 and always motherboard IRS--0002 (Tested 3 consoles (PCH-1004 PCH-1001 and PCH-110x(idk) and for every the same results (In model and mb ver.)

That's not necessarily wrong, it simply doesn't account for your region code (PCH-100x), but model identification within PCH-100x and PCH-200x is right. It also properly checks for PTELs and PDEL's correctly (tested by users who owned those devices)

It doesn't always show IRS-1002 either. It accounts for the following:

USS-1001 (PCH-200x)
IRS-002 (PCH-100x)
DOL-1001(VTE-100X)
IRT-002 (PDEL)

OK, but 110X? -- it shows as 1000
