Hacking How good is Moonlight ( pc ) compared to ps4 remote play ?

Which has the less latency, the streaming using moonlight or the PS4 remoteplay ?

Does the L2/R2 grip works on moonlight ? Because a lot of games would need them I think

Which nvidia card do I need, since the resolution on the psvita is under 720p any gtx above 660 would be fine ?

I havent seen anything about it yet
