ROM Hack How do you find Game ID's

In particular I'm looking for the game ID for the pokemon black beta v3, I clearly cannot find it in the usrcheat.dat file, the Game ID isnt the same, so there must be some other way to look at the game ID, does anyone have any idea how?

Use R4CCE and click on the [...] button and select your .nds file and it should show the new GameID. You could just open up your usrcheat.dat and change it directly...though there is a possibility of the cheats not working anyways...(though I doubt that would happen...unless it were a Sands of Destruction undub scenario).
