Hacking How do I unpack an already packed theme?

I have a theme that I like and it's already paced and I would like to extract it. I know there is a way but what program do I use?

Thanks for the replies but CSM is only for .mym.
I have a .app file or what ever they are called and would like to unpack it or convert it to a .mym.

For those that don't know a .csm = System Menu's .dol = Unpacked SysMenu WAD's .app file.

So how would I go about unpacking this?
I was able to convert a 4.0 theme to a 4.1 by unpacking them and editing them a while ago but I haven't done this in a while.
I have a 4.1 theme, can I convert it to 4.2 somehow without unpacking?

I tried but it won't allow me to open the .app file.
Okay so it allows me to when I change the file type's extention to .csm.

I can't get it to work, I installed it on my Wii and it crashes when I go to Wii system options.

It is either 4.0U or 4.1U right now, I need it in 4.2U. If you like Zelda, it's a really cool theme. It was made by somebody else but I tweaked it a tad.
