I unpacked the rom for Harvest Moon 3D A Tale of Two Towns using HackingToolkit3DS, but the extracted ROMFS folder is full of bin files. (Using v9 of HTK3Ds doesn't even give me the folders, just a large .bin file named extractedROMFS). I've opened them using Karameru, included in the Kuriimu pack, but I can't extract anything from them, and I'm not sure how to tell if they're compressed. Kuriimu says it supports Harvest Moon text files, .papa and .bin, but it won't open any of the files I think might be text files, based on the names, such as people_tex_data. Do I need to do something with the file before Kuriimu can open it? Thanks in advance.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
