I have the code for fire emblem awakening decompiled in IDA pro, and I would like to use its debugger with citra. How do I go about doing that?

About this topic there is this issue I just reported, if nayone skilled at analyze citra source code or idk can somehow figure out what and why IDA memory is messed up by system and LLE modules let me know!
