Hacking How do I backup game saves using homebrew?

Wanna learn how to backup game saves with homebrew, in case I need space on my PS4, so I delete a game, but don't wanna lose the save, too.

db and sg payload by the stooged to easily do this.

My guess is that we can use FTP and backup the "user" folder.

yes, that's another way. you might want to backup the system_data folder as well. it contains the save database I believe.

home/(8 chars subfolder)/savedata and savedata_meta might be the answer here, just like what I did with the ps3.
