Homebrew How can I install .cia Files?

So i want to install .cia games on my 3ds.
My 3ds have the newest Firmware and the Freakyhaxx installed.

If it's fw 11.0 you're out of luck, there is no way even with freaky forms . in the future it might be possible with an arm9 exploit or a downgrader but as now the only thing you can so is either get a sky3ds or play homebrew

Even without a backup you can send your 3DS to someone to harmod your 3DS to downgrade.
