holy shyte, this place is HUGE! 0_o

so my room number is 830 (to get this, read my intro )
upon entering there's a huge wall in front of you with a collection of swords (like Sephiroth's masamune, Squall's lionheart, a set of 3 katana's of different sizes, Ichigo's zanpakuto: Zangetsu, the worldwide infamous demon-katana Muramasa and so on) for the rest, it's a pretty standard room, except there's a closet with a TV on it with like all consoles (except a WII, that thing went brick).

y'all can find me in the sea swimming around, or gaming away - feel free to drop in, it's more fun playing with more people

I'm also really anxious to see all the images you guys have posted of this "Hotel GBATemp", but none of them are actually showing up for me :S Is this what everyone sees on the first page of this thread?

Or is there something wrong with my browser??

Nah, that's normal. Those posts are 15 years old and the images were hosted on a site that has been down for God knows how long.

I've managed to recover the image from post #6 using The Wayback Machine. The others seem to have been lost to history, though.

My hotel room stunk of cigarettes, so I requested a relocation. The Hotel administration was nice enough to not only relocate me, but also offer me free room service for the remainder of my stay due to the inconvenience. My hotel room has a view looking out towards the beach and I'm told the sunset from this room is a sight to behold. Additionally, my room is equipped with a 50" Samsung 4K television and a Nintendo Switch dock already hooked up and ready to go (good thing I packed my Switch). The bed is super comfy as I'm told they use Tempur-Pedic and the sheets used on the bed are silky smooth! The entire room has a nice aroma since they have a time-activated air freshener on the wall (I wonder why the previous room didn't have this?). The bathroom doubles as a stand-in shower or a bath tub and the towels brand the hotel insignia.
Overall, I feel that I'm going to be pleased with my stay.
