Hacking Hori Cases differ by region?

Ive seen many japanses hori protective filters, but no one mentions that they come with a cleaning cloth too.

At amazon UK, they are selling hori screen filters are practically double the price of importing the japanses text ones, but from the picture here

written in the black tab, they say that a cleaning cloth is included. Has anyone elses hori protective filters arrived with a cleaning cloth?

Apparently they differ by region too. This affects the type/quality of the attached materials.
