Hacking Homebrew XML with CFW

Hey, I have a question. I have CFW, and I want to use homebrew apps with an XML file, like braindump or JKSM. I only have the luma version of homebrew channel. I removed my original entry point. But the luma version doesn't support apps with XML. Is there still a way to use these apps. I just want to use braindump, so I can do VVVVVV custom levels

You can dump the game using GM9, and then you can extract the ROMFS and EXEFS from the CIA.
(Don’t quote me on this, but I think that you can dump the ROMFS and EXEFS directly from GM9, not sure though.)

Yeah, but I also want to use other apps with XML

Well then, you could try CXiTool, which says that it builds .3dsx files into CIA files, but not sure how that would do with xml based homebrew. Or see if some of the homebrew has CIA counterparts, like JKSM.
