Hacking Homebrew that allows changing memory cards without reboot.

Im wondering if an homebrew can be created that allows us to change memory cards when the vita is still ON.

Rebooting is annoying takes alot of time to switch. with all the changes now. Would something like Luma3ds be possible where you can unmount the SD card safely and then remount another new one, and resume business?

Because I'm pretty sure memory cards (at least on the Vita) are not hot swappable, so I doubt someone can make them so.

It probably would cause damage to the memory card to do that stuff.
