Homebrew Homebrew Problem

I recently hacked my Wii, and it seems to have a problem. I used letter bomb.

Anyways when I try and run any app other than the USB loader and priiloader, both of which run fine, I get into the app but my wii-remote turns off and will not turn back on till I restart the console.

Hope this is a typical problem
