On a freshly hacked 3DS with latest firmware (following the hacks.guide page tutorial (frogminer) completely correctly, as far as I know), when attempting to boot homebrew apps from the Homebrew Launcher app, they seem to lock up during startup, specifically during sound initialization. Here is the last message printed to console before lock-up on the following three apps:
prboom:
S_Init: Setting up sound.
Sonic Robo Blast 2:
SoundDriverInit!
ctrQuake:
Sound Initialization
PackFile: ./id1/pak0.pak : gfx/conback.lmp
gameYOB and RedDragon both launch, but seem to crash more often than expected.
What can I do to get these working, as I presume most others are not having the same problem with these apps. Really wanna see Quake in 3D!
