Homebrew Hoembrew - something failed

Yesterday, I downloaded and installed hblauncher_loader v1.3. Everything worked fine. And today, I tried to run homebrew launcher, but I get this error code:

O3DS on 11.4. and latest luma (7.0.5 I think) In root of SD card in hblauncherloader is OLD-11-4-0-37-EUR.bin file. When holding X while loading, it "updates" but still same error. What am I doing wrong?

Try getting the 11.2 payload. Download that the rename it to old-11-2-0-37-eur. That should work. If not update luma to the latest hourly version.

Rename OLD-11-2-0-35-EUR to OLD-11-4-0-37-EUR. Last time I checked, there was no 11.4 HBL payload. smea hasn't gotten around to making one.
