Hacking Hi guys about these loaders crashing..!?

i am on 4.1 firmware. i have ios61/58 installed i belive.. and i have a problem using UsbLoaderGX and Wiiflow and so on, they just keep crashin many times !! Error occured black screen REstart its annoying ! how can i stop this from happenin anyone pls help me out .
