Hacking Henkaku USB Storage Question (PSTV)

Very Minor question, but I can't seem to find anything related to it.

Pretty much all I want to do is use Henkaku to play my digital games from USB instead of the Vita memory card, and only that, do I risk being banned if I do so?

Nobody has been banned yet on the PSTV or Vita, so you're probably fine.
