was using my vita with henkaku and could go on ps store and everything now i just updated one of my games and boom now anything i want to do requires me to update anyone else experiencing this?

Turn off auto update in settings, then use HENkaku r6, you won't get update nag.

Henkaku V6 allows access to PSN. I just used it yesterday on a brand new 3.60 console to re-download my previously bought content.

Yes, you can. As long as you have the latest update for the game.
