So a friend of mine have son that have a m3 clone (http://www.m3isdhc.com/)
I need to know what are the best firmware to use for this flashcart? any custom once or only the one avable on m3isdhc.com?

I don't have one of these but as far as I can see this 'clone' is based on a EZ VI
(see here and here for details)

So I can only guess that you MIGHT be able to use the EZ VI firmware on it, otherwise you're stuck on the 'official' firmware for it

EDIT: Oh & give it a chance - you only posted it @ 1:00pm & bumping it only 2hours later.

IMO, your friend's son's best bet is to get a real flashcart because what I've noticed about these clonecarts is that the team responsible for making them make very few updates for them, totally abandon them whilst moving on to another clonecart. In the short term, clones can be okay. Long term? No. Get a real one.
