Hacking Help with the "game guide" feature - R4i Gold Plus

So, I tried to place a .txt file in the same directory and with the same name as my rom.
i.e:

5075 - Dragon Quest IX.nds
5075 - Dragon Quest IX.txt

However, when I press R+L+X+A+B+Y and then select "game guide" I get a screen saying (don't quote me, this is from memory) "no game guide file found."

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Downgrade your game version using DBI is an option. Example: go from update 1.0.2 back to update 1.0.1

    I got WWE2k24 wrestling game, and you download created characters people created. Trump, Biden, Kamala are all available. So I DL and wrestled Trump vs Biden for shits and giggles. Pretty funny. Mario, Luigi, Family guy/ Southpark characters, and pretty much anyone can be DL and wrestle with. Like old celebrity deathmatch game.
