Homebrew Help with rxTools

I am trying to install rxTools to play CIAs. The only thing I have ever done on a 3DS was use SKY3DS lol. I really don't wanna mess anything up. I am using a 2DS with 6.0.0-12u firmware. Does this automatically install emunand? Can I even install emunand? I guess I'm a complete noob lol. And please don't say I haven't done any research. I have found multiple topics with many different suggestions on how to do this

No, it doesn't automatically create an emuNAND, but they are a lot of tutorials on the "Flashcards & Custom Firmwares" section to do this (also, your topic should be moved there).
