um i just download the tools for hacking pokemon diamond and it says i need a nitro explorer can anyone give me a link and if possible any info on how to use it?

First result is to GBAtemp so you could have found it by using GBAtemp's search or looking through the Tools & Utilities section of the Downloads along the top

i cant seem to get the .narc file to reinsert i extracted it edited the diamond pokemon game and tried to put the file back but the edit didn't stick am i doing something wrong? can someone help me out tell me what i am doing wrong and how to get the edit to stick on the game?


EDIT: now i got the pokemon to stay in the game but the velstone gym is messing up even if i start over with only ones that are in D/P
