I have seen game patches for games like Tales of Innocence and love plus O_O How do i use them to put in my ndsi with acekard2i?
Are there different types of patches except language patch?

Sorry for being a noob =X

well these games are only jap so that means the patches you where looking at where most likely a English translation patch.
I found a tales of innocence patch here
http://www.absolutezerotranslations.com/2010/06/29/tales-of-innocence-patch-released/
this includes the patch and the program and instructions on how to use it. You will have to find the rom yourself.

as for other patches, probably not the only other games I can imagine to have patches other than translations would maybe be a pokemon hack.

It depends on what they used to patch the game.
Some use xdelta, delta_GUI, ips, .bats, etc.

Most translations usually come with a patching guide. They're technically, all language patches since they're putting the games into another language.

Usually you need to apply the patch to your game using a tool, you don't just "add the patch to the cart and then presto! it works" (it may be like this for PC emulators, like Zsnes, but not on flashcarts).

As fot the kinds of patches, there are lots!
Some examples:
Translation -> Changes the game idiom.
Fixes -> As the name implies, fixes a bug existing on the game
Imnprovement -> Add more fetures to the game (like more playable characters or noe moves).
