Homebrew Help with FBI

Hi all,
I'm a newbie and need some advice please. I have installed homebrew on 2dsxl. Version 11.12 I have downloaded FBI and put the 2 files suggested in the appropriate folder. The app shows in homebrew, but when I try to install it, the screen goes red and nothing happens. Is there anything else I need to download to make FBI work?

FBI requires CFW to launch. From the sounds of things, you do not have CFW installed; you only have access to the Homebrew Launcher.

If you wish to install CFW, go to https://3ds.hacks.guide/ and follow the instructions carefully.
